Our registered scope of work
These are the eight objectives Radhakrishna Herbal & Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated to pursue, as set out in the company’s charter and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar, Government of Nepal. Together they cover the full path from wild-collection and farming to processing, infrastructure, training and trade.

Herbs, spices & forest-produce trade
Collection, purchase, sale and export of timber, bay leaf (tejpat), spice-grade and aromatic herbs and forest produce, in accordance with prevailing law.

Medicinal & aromatic plants — full value chain
Collection, cultivation, conservation, processing, drying, grading, packaging, branding, storage, export, purchase, sale, wholesale and retail trade, supply and distribution of a wide range of medicinal & aromatic herbs and aromatic plants.

Non-timber forest products
Collection, processing, import, export, purchase, sale, supply and distribution of forest products such as lokta, allo, bamboo, nigalo, resin, chiraito, timur, herbs, panch aunle, jatamansi, yarsagumba, satuwa, rudraksha and other legally permitted forest-based products.

Integrated farming
Operating integrated farming across fruit, vegetable, cereal and spice crops, herb cultivation, livestock, poultry, fishery and apiculture, alongside other agriculture and animal-husbandry enterprises.

Value-added herbal products
Production, processing, packaging, branding, sale, import, export and commercialisation of medicinal, food, spice, herbal-tea, essential-oil, herbal-powder, arka (extract), natural cosmetic and other value-added products derived from herbs and forest produce.

Collection & processing infrastructure
Establishing, operating and managing collection centres, processing centres, warehouses, cold stores, packaging units and distribution centres for herbs, forest products and agricultural produce.

Training, research & advisory
Running training, workshops, research, technical consultancy and capacity-building programmes on herbs, forest products, integrated farming, organic farming, agricultural technology and related subjects.

Trade, agency & distribution
Import, export, wholesale and retail trade, agency, dealership, supply and distribution of herbs, forest products, agricultural produce, agricultural equipment and other legally permitted goods.
The clauses above are an English translation of the objectives (उद्देश्यहरू) recorded in the company’s Memorandum of Association. In case of any difference in interpretation, the registered Nepali text prevails.
